The structure of your business, designed and documented across seven domains — so it can be built without me.
You bring the business. I bring the blueprint.
The friction
The business works, but it works because you are holding the pieces together in your head. Things fall through. Decisions that should be automatic keep landing back on your desk. Work is still being done by hand that a system should have been carrying for years.
You have probably tried to fix parts of it. A new tool here, a tidier folder structure there. Each one made sense on its own, and none of them held, because the problem was never the individual piece. It was the order.
You may even have someone who could build it — a team member, a contractor, a capable pair of hands. What they do not have is the plan.
What this is
The Blueprint is the structure of your business designed on paper: how it can run, in what order it must be built, and what each part is for. You receive the drawings. You, or whoever you choose, do the building.
The Blueprint contains every decision.
The Build contains every asset.
If it can be handed to a competent person and executed, it belongs here. If it has to be made, that is The Build. Nothing sits in both.
This is not a report on what is wrong. Naming problems is the easy part, and you already know most of them. This is the design that replaces them, sequenced so that each stage stands on the one before it.
The shape of it
Every engagement is different inside, because every business is. The sequence never changes.
One conversation, plus access to how the business actually operates — the files, the tools, the workflow as it runs rather than as it is described.
What is actually there. What is load-bearing, what is overloaded, what is undocumented and living in somebody's head, and what people genuinely do rather than what the process says they do.
The structure, and the order it must be built in. Seven domains, every decision made and reasoned. This is the work.
The structure constructed. Available as The Build, with your Blueprint absorbed as stage one and never charged twice.
Documentation good enough that no ongoing support is needed. Part of The Build.
What you receive
The whole business is mapped. The detailed process and instructions go where the structure has actually stopped holding — which is a different place in every business, and is the reason this cannot be a template.
The domains never change; that is the method. How deep each one goes is set by your business.
How the work gets done, in what order, by whom, and what has to change for it to hold.
Where brand sits in the sequence, and what must be decided before anything downstream can be built on top of it.
The enquiry pipeline drawn end to end, and the content system specified — what is published, from what source, on what rhythm.
Where every enquiry, record and message travels, and what carries it at each step.
Where money enters and leaves, what triggers what, and which numbers you look at to know the business is healthy. Structure only — tax and compliance treatment stays with your accountant.
What has to be written down for the business to run without you holding it up.
Which repeatable decisions can be carried by the technology, which must stay human, and the review point named at every automated step. You stay in control; the technology stays in service.
Most businesses arrive with things already built — a website, a brand, a mailing list, a way of doing quotes that mostly works. Every one of those is assessed against the designed structure and given a verdict, with the reasoning written down. What stays is a design decision, made before any money is spent building.
It works, it holds, it stays exactly as it is.
It stays, but it has to be reworked to sit properly inside the structure.
It cannot carry the load the structure puts on it, and the reasons are written out in full.
If you want to keep something the structure argues against, you keep it. I will design around it and write down plainly what it costs you — what stays manual, what will not connect, and what will need revisiting later. The decision stays yours. You will simply be making it with the full picture in front of you.
The practicalities
I am based in Brisbane. Across South East Queensland we can work in person or remotely, whichever serves the work. Everywhere else in Australia the work runs remotely, and it runs just as deep — the survey depends on access to the business, not on being in the same room.
A Blueprint takes two to three weeks from intake to handover.
Investment
A standard, not a limitation
Most of this industry sells you the build and then sells you the dependency. I do not, because a structure that needs its architect standing next to it was not finished.
The Blueprint is written to be used by someone who is not me. If you find yourself needing to call, the document was not good enough — and that is my standard to meet, not yours to pay for monthly.
The guessing stops. The half-finished fixes stop. There is a document on your desk that says what the business needs to become, what stays, what goes, and which piece has to exist before the next one can.
Whether you build it yourself, hand it to your team, or bring it back to me — the thinking is done, and it is yours.
Bring the business as it actually runs. The conversation is intake, not a pitch — we use it to understand the shape of what you have, and to confirm the Blueprint is the right starting point.
