Business architect and systems thinker. The person who walks into the backend of your business and sees what needs to be built.
Not from a textbook or a certification program. From the inside — hands in the infrastructure, eyes on the numbers, solving the problems that don't have a template.
I've worked across engineering, property development, health, disability services, aged care, ecommerce, marketing, education, and holistic wellness. I've built businesses in property, ecommerce, disability and aged care. Through every single one, the pattern was always the same: the businesses that grew sustainably were the ones with real architecture underneath them. The ones that burned people out were the ones held together by willpower and hope.
That pattern is what led me here.
The turning point
I've always had a mind that runs at full speed — a constant stream of improvement strategies, business ideas, and development projects. For a long time I thought that was just restlessness. Then came a late ADHD diagnosis through menopause, and suddenly everything clicked into focus. The big-picture pattern recognition, the ability to reverse-engineer complex problems, the drive to create — it wasn't restlessness. It was architecture.
That diagnosis didn't change who I am — it gave me the language for what I'd already been doing for decades: seeing the whole system, finding the structural gaps, and designing what needs to exist to hold real growth.
I realised I should stop building this for everyone else behind the scenes and start helping other women do it for themselves. The reality is, I love making other people money. Watching a woman finally see the structure behind her business and realise she's not the problem? That gives me genuine joy.
Experience at a glance

Property, ecommerce, disability and aged care — each one teaching a different facet of what makes a business hold.
Small to medium business systems and business improvement. The architecture that sits underneath everything.
I'm deeply analytical. I love spreadsheets, systems maps, and revenue models. But I also trust what I feel when I step into someone's business. I can sense where the energy is leaking before the numbers confirm it. I notice what's not being said in a discovery call. I see the pattern before the proof.
That's not a contradiction — it's the combination that makes this work land differently. Most strategists give you data. Most coaches give you support. I give you both — the blueprint and the instinct — because your business needs structure that's designed for you, not a template that worked for someone else.
I balance my analytical brain with my inner sense of knowing, and I see that as one of the most valuable things I bring to this work.
Beyond the business
You'll find me in Brisbane, enjoying nature, creating art or ceramics, or at home eating one of my signature anzac biscuits. I'm a mum to grown children, a traveller, and someone who genuinely believes the best ideas come when your hands are busy making something.
I'm artistic to my core — I've always created, whether that's a business model, a piece of art, or a new recipe for someone I love. That creative instinct is the same one that shows up in my architecture work. I don't follow templates. I see what's in front of me and I design what's needed.
I'm also someone who's spent a lifetime trusting what I know before I can explain how I know it. If that resonates with you, we'll probably work very well together.
If something here resonated — if you read this and thought 'she gets it' — then the next step is simple.
