What the full engagement includes depends entirely on what the review finds — systems and operations, pricing and packaging, delegation and role clarity, automation and AI-supported visibility into what's actually happening. The shape is bespoke; the depth of seeing is not negotiable.

I'm based in Brisbane. Across South East Queensland, we can work in person or remotely — whichever serves the work. Everywhere else in Australia, the work runs remotely, and it runs just as deep. For longer engagements, occasional travel can be part of the design.
